arrived about 5.30 but Nick and Colsey had packed up after having a good session. 2 sailors on 8.5's weren't moving. As I was about to leave the flew off as the wind came back and it was a mad dash to rig and get on the water. Alas I had one run in and out then it swung off and drop. thats windsurfing I guess - steve c dont rate the manor but I think its great there, with nice sand - nice big beach to launch and if the direction is right you can scream past hundreds of holiday maker strolling the prom. for that reason I will give it a 2 star even though I didn't plane on 8.5
